Dad today it is one year on. Time has passed so quickly and yet it only seems like yesterday that we were stunned at the news. Life isnt the same without my hero in it, but you know Dad every day I think about you. My boys, your Grandsons always light a candle for you every night. They miss you so much too. I know you are with me a lot Dad but its just not the same as being able to give you a cuddle. I send my hugs to you in heaven and let you know that your place will always be in my heart. Norman was such a positive and friendly person, and I was really fond of him, as I am sure were so many.

I shall always treasure Norman's kindness and enthusiasm, every meeting was a real joy.

We will miss Normans flourishing handwriting on our Christmas Cards but he will be in our hearts.

I shall always remember Norman as a kind, caring gentleman, the most patient of bosses once could hope for. Nor many would dictate a letter and then help to decipher their secretary's shorthand because they had forgotten how to. Norman will be greatly missed but never forgotten.

There is no doubt that Norman was universally liked and admired for all he was and did. He was a most experienced and knowledgeable freemason who contributed to our ceremonies on many occasions when we were short of numbers. He will be missed so much by all in Undine Lodge.

Norman contributed a large amount to IDGTE in radically improving the journal and he always presented a cheerful and positive image whenever we met him. He will be sadly missed.

Norman was one of the best men you could ever want to meet, a good friend and a thoroughly nice man. We were discussing my daughters wedding only last and he sent me an email referring to a song "butterfly kisses". Very kind

We're so very sorry to hear of Normans passing and can't imagine life around the village and church without him. We will remember him as a very caring person who was always cheerful no matter what obstacles life threw his way.
